Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Linkbay, operated by Luhte from Finland ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. This page is app-owned editable content, not legal advice.
1. The service
Linkbay lets you create a public link-in-bio page hosted at a username of your choice, and optionally purchase additional usernames.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- One person or entity per account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post illegal content, harass others, or impersonate someone without permission.
- Distribute malware, phishing links, or sexually explicit content involving minors.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Register usernames in bad faith (e.g. to resell trademarks you do not own).
We may suspend or remove accounts, pages, links, or usernames that violate these rules.
4. Purchases
Additional usernames are sold as one-time digital purchases (currently $2.50 each). Payments are processed by Stripe. Because usernames are delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change; changes do not affect prior purchases.
5. Content ownership
You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant us a limited licence to host and display it as part of running the service.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time by contacting luhte@luhte.com. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.
